PlastRex will solve the problem with plastic recycling. We take unsorted household plastic waste and produce light construction profiles that are weatherproof, waterproof, maintenance free and with a expected lifetime of 50 years. PlastRex could be used for sound-barriers, commercial and domestic decking, rails and fences, horseboxes, public outdoor furniture. In many places PlastRex will replace wood due to its superior resistance to decay and molding.

The problem with unsorted plastic waste could be solved by promoting the use of PlastRex. As the innovative production is developed for the purpose to recycled the plastic waste without the need for energy consumptive sorting process. PlastRex saves over 90% of energy that would take to manufacture raw plastic. PlastRex also saves the environment by diverting the plastic scrap that would otherwise be incinerated or landfilled, to recycling.

Development of sustainable products, that will fit into the environment, accomodate the needs of all users, benefit the founder for decades and play part in eliminating the wider problem with recycling, is a process that demands a large variety of input. Cooperating on an ongoing bases with architects and designers will open up a whole a new chapter in sustainable building. Our emphasis on creating high quality material from plastic waste-stream, with improved properties, in cooperation with designers will result in a functional, sustainable, maintenance free solutions for tomorrow. We offer a ground to develop new products to the vastly growing market for sustainable sound-barriers, public furniture, leisure constructions and much more.

As the topic of recycling is rising, bringing the awareness about the new possibilities that we can offer into the minds of the general public across Europe, a great marketing solutions have to be developed. We see this being channaled through digital media where the whole concept of reduce-reuse-recycle becomes a mindset of every person. PlastRex offers solution to be a part of a change in the raw material production world. In general, the more we recycle, the less we need energy. This process is contrary to the current flow of harvesting and using more natural resources. The innovative manufacturing procedure where mixed household plastic waste is processed into quality building profiles could be implemented to many other counties as well.

The innovative production of PlastRex could be modified to satisfy the needs of many ambitious ideas. Either the improvement of many existing solutions or developing whole new systems, is all possible.
