Bikeep is developing worlds securest bike parking systems for the universities, cities, shopping malls. Bikeep provides ultimate solutions for bike parking eliminating all theft possibilities. We finance our business by charging convenience fees for parking.

Our product is unique for our method of locking both frame and wheel with one simple movement without the need for a personal lock. He have a patent pending in the US and industrial design protected in Europe.

Industrial designers, electronic and hardware engineers found the best solution for secure bike locking. Software engineers and telecoms provided us with a convenient user interface.

How does the SME think it could benefit from other sectors' input?

A cooperation with other sectors gives us a possibility to find and test additional business models. Furthermore it would inspire us for future development. We are particularly interested in finding new advertising solutions which would open new revenue streams for us and in the connections with local authorities in participating cities.

What can the SME offer other sectors?

We are able to share know-how about product development, industrial design, prototyping, mechanical engineering. In business development we can share our experience about expanding to the US. In addition, we can help businesses introduce their products to the Estonian market.

To what extent would the SME be prepared to share information?

Everything exept the unprotected IP.

How would the SME describe its potential for cross innovation?

We have already worked with many different sectors in order to create an innovative services and products.

Are there any particular organisations outside the SMEs home country, with which it would like to connect?

At the moment we don’t envision a cooperation with any particular organisation but we are very interested in working with other European major cities.
